Coordinator Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates working knowledge of natural gas compression equipment including engines, compressors, auxiliary systems, and associated maintenance practices
• Applies technical expertise to evaluate compression equipment performance and operating conditions
• Troubleshoots equipment issues and recommends corrective actions to support reliable operations
• Analyzes operating data and performance trends to support compression asset reliability
• Supports operational decision-making through technical analysis and equipment expertise
• Works in a project manager capacity and as a member of the local leadership team
• Captures scope of work, work orders, and project plans; communicates reports and findings
• Interacts with the manager/supervisor and technicians to plan and coordinate preventative maintenance, including repair and overhaul of equipment
• Aids in the development of facility training initiatives and our maintenance management system (Maximo); creates and assigns all work orders
• Leads or serves as a subject matter specialist for organizational initiatives

Requirements

• Required: High school diploma/GED and minimum six (6) years’ experience in industry-specific operations including, but not limited to, processing plants, gathering, NGL/Petchem or transmission pipelines
• Prioritizes safety as the utmost priority
• Must be willing to: Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces, carry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as needed, stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time, work at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
• Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Must demonstrate aptitude and ability to embrace technology and applications to drive operational efficiency and streamline processes
• Must demonstrate excellent organizational/interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and project management or operations experience preferred
