Coordinator - HR Services
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we will have About the role
then a
with the summary. Then
Responsibilities
with- items from the responsibilities list.
Then we have Compensation and Additional Benefits. Those could be under
Pay
andBenefits
. Pay: Target Salary Range: $25.00/hr. Benefits: $7 Daily Garage Parking. Also maybe Physical Demands & Work Environment could be under Benefits? Not exactly. But we could include aWork Environment
but not in allowed headings list; allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not create Work Environment. Could we fold Physical Demands into Benefits? Not appropriate. Better to omit if not matching allowed headings. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we should not create a section for Physical Demands because it's not in allowed list. But we could include it under Benefits? Not really. Might be better to omit it entirely, as it's not one of the allowed headings. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we omit Physical Demands, we lose info. But we could incorporate it into Benefits? Not accurate. Perhaps we can treat Physical Demands & Work Environment as part of Benefits? Not ideal but maybe acceptable as it's still a benefit? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. But we must not create sections not in the list. The allowed headings are examples; we can use those headings only. It says "Usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exclusive? It likely means we should use those headings for those sections. So we should stick to those. If there is info that doesn't fit, we could maybe put it under Responsibilities or About the role? But Physical Demands is not responsibilities. Could be under Requirements? Not really. Could be under Qualifications? Not. Maybe we can create a
Benefits
and include both the $7 Daily Garage Parking and the Physical Demands & Work Environment as part of Benefits? That seems a stretch but maybe acceptable as "Benefits" could include work environment? Not really. Alternatively, we could create aSchedule
but there is no schedule info. So we omit. We could create aQualifications
for degree and experience, andSkills
for skills like communication, organization, etc. AndRequirements
for age, license, etc. That would split the role requirements. Let's parse Role requirements: - Must be 21 years of age or older. - Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board. - Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. - Two years of HR, communications, administrative, or related experience required. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; UKG experience preferred. - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. We can separate: Requirements: age, license, degree, experience. Skills: communication, organization, confidentiality, proficiency, interpersonal, customer service. Qualifications maybe overlapping. But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed. Could put degree/experience under Qualifications, and age/license under Requirements. Or we could put all under Requirements and leave Qualifications empty (but we must not emit empty heading). So we need to allocate. Let's decide:Requirements
: Must be 21 years of age or older; Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.Qualifications
: Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred; Two years of HR, communications, administrative, or related experience required.Skills
: Strong written and verbal communication skills; Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities; Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment; Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; UKG experience preferred; Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. That seems reasonable. Now Benefits: Additional Benefits: $7 Daily Garage Parking. Also maybe we could include something else? No. Pay: Target Salary Range: $25.00/hr. Now About the role: we have the summary paragraph. Responsibilities: list. Now we need to ensure we remove boilerplate: "Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice." Remove that. Also remove "Read more Read less". Also remove "About Bally's" section (company description) as it's not under allowed headings; but it's substantive. Could we include it under About the role as an additional paragraph? The About the role section currently has the summary paragraph. We could add another paragraph about Bally's after that. That would preserve info. It's not a separate heading, just extra paragraph under About the role. That seems acceptable. Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: first the role summary, second the Bally's description. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:About the role
