About the role
This position reports to the Director of Secondary Programs and is classified as an Administrator. The salary range for this position is $128,173 - $151,781 for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and academic success through the Future Ready Pathways program.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and community partners to design and deliver professional development opportunities that support educators in implementing the Future Ready Pathways curriculum.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the Future Ready Pathways program and make recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures related to the Future Ready Pathways program.
- Represent the Auburn School District at local, regional, and state conferences related to educational technology and future-ready education.
RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in educational administration, program management, or a related field.
QualificationsPassion for promoting equity and inclusion in education.
SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

Schedule
The Coordinator - Future Ready Pathways is expected to work a standard 40-hour workweek.
