The Auburn School District is seeking a Coordinator - Future Ready Pathways. Applications will be accepted until Thursday, July 9.

About the role

This position reports to the Director of Secondary Programs and is classified as an Administrator. The salary range for this position is $128,173 - $151,781 for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement and academic success through the Future Ready Pathways program.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and community partners to design and deliver professional development opportunities that support educators in implementing the Future Ready Pathways curriculum.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the Future Ready Pathways program and make recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures related to the Future Ready Pathways program.
  • Represent the Auburn School District at local, regional, and state conferences related to educational technology and future-ready education.

RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in educational administration, program management, or a related field.
  • Experience with educational technology and digital learning tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Google Workspace.

    Schedule

    The Coordinator - Future Ready Pathways is expected to work a standard 40-hour workweek.
