About the role
Reporting to the Execution Operations team, you will join our support staff in the “back office.” You’ll ensure all details are handled to keep Embark running smoothly—assisting with scheduling, resource management, contract approval, and improving these processes. Collaborating closely with managing directors, business development, practice leaders, and executive leadership, you’ll assign the right resources to projects, foster innovation, and drive client success.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
- 2-5 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in resource management or project coordination, preferably in a start-up, consulting firm, or agile environment
- High level of integrity when handling confidential information
- Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative, proactive thinking
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative and drives projects forward
- Highly detail-oriented with a knack for catching discrepancies
Skills
- Experience in Workday PSA and/or Kantata is a plus
