About the role
The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, PowerDMS.com, and related applications. Responsibilities include providing support services, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining security.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, PowerDMS.com, and related applications.
- Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
- Automatically collect personal data about users and devices interacting with the Services.
Requirements
- Experience in IT support or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using software and tools related to the Services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of web development and user interface design.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
