About the role
The primary goal of this role is to advocate for the College, the Early College Access Programs and its students while facilitating the development of a comprehensive career counseling program in partnership with DEWD/WDB and Baltimore County Public Schools.
Responsibilities
- Remain knowledgeable about the College, its structure, culture, policies, practices and the Early College Access Programs.
- Serve as point of contact for internal and external organizations and students in the Early College Access Programs.
- Serve as an advocate for the College, the Early College Access Programs and its students.
- Represent the college at networking events, affinity groups, and business and industry associations.
- Serve as liaison between College departments, faculty and/or staff, as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in Education, Marketing, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field and Master’s Degree preferred.
- Experience in Admissions or Student Services working with diverse student populations is preferred.
- Two years experience working with high school students required.

Pay
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.
