COORDINATOR, CREDIT RECOVERY TECHNICAL

About the Role

Coordinates all enrollment, scheduling, record keeping, technology, course creation, and reporting of data for the APEX (Online credit recovery classes) Classroom.

Responsibilities

• Ensures upkeep and working condition of all computers
• Facilitates the scheduling of students into APEX and testing sessions based on the Personal Education Plan (PEP) and graduation plan
• Creates customized classes for APEX students based on students’ course pre-test, administration, and teacher input
• Documents passed courses in APEX, maintains files, and communicates with the student and counselor on the graduation plan
• Reports APEX data to assigned supervisor and serves as the APEX coordinator
• Serves as instructional support and advisory support to students
• Participates in all APEX and Credit/Unit Recovery trainings

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience ensuring all computers are functioning and appropriate software/courseware is selected
• 1+ years of experience as the point of contact and technical resource for a classroom setting to resolve computer challenges
• Commitment to lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community
• Belief in and support for all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high-quality education
• Permanent home address in Colorado
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, with or without accommodations

Pay

Hourly Range: $21.612 - $25.934/hour.
