About the Role
Coordinates all enrollment, scheduling, record keeping, technology, course creation, and reporting of data for the APEX (Online credit recovery classes) Classroom.

Responsibilities
- Ensures upkeep and working condition of all computers
- Facilitates the scheduling of students into APEX and testing sessions based on the Personal Education Plan (PEP) and graduation plan
- Creates customized classes for APEX students based on students’ course pre-test, administration, and teacher input
- Documents passed courses in APEX, maintains files, and communicates with the student and counselor on the graduation plan
- Reports APEX data to assigned supervisor and serves as the APEX coordinator
- Serves as instructional support and advisory support to students
- Participates in all APEX and Credit/Unit Recovery trainings
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience ensuring all computers are functioning and appropriate software/courseware is selected
- 1+ years of experience as the point of contact and technical resource for a classroom setting to resolve computer challenges
- Commitment to lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community
- Belief in and support for all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high-quality education
- Permanent home address in Colorado

Pay
Hourly Range: $21.612 - $25.934/hour.
