Responsibilities
The Production Coordinator is the executional engine of the BKSE Content Production team. This is an entry-level role built for someone who wants to learn the full scope of sports and entertainment content production - from pre-production logistics through post-production delivery.
- Coordinate single-day shoots, event coverage, and standard production requests across both franchises and BKSE
- Handle pre-production logistics - location, call sheets, gear, and load-in details
- Act as on-site PA or production support during shoots
- Support the Senior Director & Senior Manager on larger, multi-day productions
- Work with the Media Management team to source footage, music, and reference materials for active edits
- Coordinate upload links, review links, and file transfers across platforms
- Manage edit review rounds and consolidate stakeholder feedback for editors
- Organize and catalog assets after every project
- Execute quick-turn edits across properties
- Resize assets for different platforms as needed
- Add subtitles, end cards, and minor patches to existing edits
- Maintain the gameday production tracker and keep statuses current
- Manage credential requests for gameday freelancers and production staff
- Provide on-site production support on game nights as needed
- Coordinate with the Photography team on shared logistics
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in video production, content coordination, or a related field - internship experience counts
- College degree preferred
- Eager to learn the full production process in a fast-paced sports and entertainment environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks at once without dropping the ball
- Clear communicator - written and verbal
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects) preferred
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays for games and events

Pay
Compensation: $66,500 - $70,000
Schedule
This role is based in our corporate headquarters in Brooklyn and requires flexibility to support projects that may occur in the evenings, weekends, or holidays.
