Coordinator Clinical Specialist - Infusion Services

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the McLaren Health Care/Affiliate Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Affirms appropriate delegation and supervision of patient care.
• Encourages, coordinates, and reinforces efforts to improve processes for key activities to improve efficiency, productivity, services, and patient care.
• Engages in activities to enhance the effectiveness of the department and team.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
• Possess minimum of 3 years related unit experience.
• Minimum 2 - 4 years of demonstrated leadership performance.
• Demonstrated experience in team building skills, self-directed work teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Health Care Field (Preferred).
