Coordinator, Clinical Health Sciences-Emergency Medical Services
Job Profile Summary
Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for coordinating students and faculty compliance requirements and maintaining compliance records for clinical education programs. Represents the College to clinical agencies, associate dean, faculty, and students. Position supports Broward College’s compliance with clinical contracts on behalf of clinical partners hosting our students, in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting requirements. Works closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance standards are met.
About the Role
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Medical Services, Paramedicine, Health Science, Public Safety, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Minimum Experience/Training: Six years of related/relevant experience required. Successful candidates will demonstrate progressive responsibilities including experience in managing high volume work streams and possess working knowledge of clinical structure and management.
Experience working with hospitals, fire/rescue departments, and clinical affiliates for scheduling, compliance, and training coordination.

Pay
Salary Range: $52,900 - $62,158 (Salary commensurate with education and experience)
