Coordinator, Chanel Ops

What You Will Do

• Be the primary operational lead for inventory and product-related processes, working in partnership with a dedicated support associate.
• Plan, accomplish, and communicate daily operational goals with the support associate, Selling Coordinators, and Store Managers to lead efficiency and clarity.
• Partner with the Director of Operations to lead preparation for the annual financial inventory, including ongoing audits and reconciliation to ensure year-round inventory accuracy.
• Build multiple operational projects, including trunk show and collection launch setups, stockroom reorganization, and RTV coordination following brand and our goals.
• Coincide with sales and merchandising plans by coordinating important product movements—such as transfers, damages, repairs, and off-season rotations—in collaboration with corporate partners and internal sales teams.
• Partner with Selling Managers and Brand Managers to align operational activities with sales targets and client appointment needs.
• Participate in meetings with Operations and Selling Managers across Bergdorf Goodman to ensure understanding and support shared team goals.
• Maintain elevated selling floor and back-of-house standards that reflect the brand and Bergdorf Goodman's luxury environment.

What You Will Bring

• 3+ years of experience with retail operations, inventory management, or store leadership.
• Ability to coach and inspire a team.
• Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds.
• Associates must be willing to work based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary And Other Benefits

• The hourly rate for this position is $22/hr.
• Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
