What You Will Do
- Be the primary operational lead for inventory and product-related processes, working in partnership with a dedicated support associate.
- Plan, accomplish, and communicate daily operational goals with the support associate, Selling Coordinators, and Store Managers to lead efficiency and clarity.
- Partner with the Director of Operations to lead preparation for the annual financial inventory, including ongoing audits and reconciliation to ensure year-round inventory accuracy.
- Build multiple operational projects, including trunk show and collection launch setups, stockroom reorganization, and RTV coordination following brand and our goals.
- Coincide with sales and merchandising plans by coordinating important product movements—such as transfers, damages, repairs, and off-season rotations—in collaboration with corporate partners and internal sales teams.
- Partner with Selling Managers and Brand Managers to align operational activities with sales targets and client appointment needs.
- Participate in meetings with Operations and Selling Managers across Bergdorf Goodman to ensure understanding and support shared team goals.
- Maintain elevated selling floor and back-of-house standards that reflect the brand and Bergdorf Goodman's luxury environment.
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years of experience with retail operations, inventory management, or store leadership.
- Ability to coach and inspire a team.
- Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds.
- Associates must be willing to work based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Salary And Other Benefits
- The hourly rate for this position is $22/hr.
- Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
