Coordinator-Case Management Education RN

Job Responsibilities

• Develops and implements education programs, training, and/or customized offerings to meet specific educational goals/objectives using a variety of educational platforms and presentation approaches.
• Serves in key role as a Subject Matter Expert relative to case management and/or transition of care integration, process improvement, and business/clinical solutions to include but not limited to Epic/BOC and Allscripts applications/software.
• Completes assigned goals.

Specifications

• Experience: Minimum required is three years of experience in Case Management.
• Education: Minimum required is an RN license and a current driver's license.
• Special Skills: Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills; knowledge of applicable regulatory guidelines and regulations; knowledge of computer software applications; product knowledge preferred.
