About the Division
Since 1989, TTUHSC Managed Care has served as a healthcare delivery service, providing high quality, low cost healthcare to patients within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice system. We provide medical, mental health, and dental services to patients in 22 facilities throughout West Texas. Managed Care emphasizes our values-based culture in all we do.
Position Description
Performs supervisory and coordinative work in the operation of a specific program or departmental project (PAMIO/CMI programs). Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of specific program as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and student assistants. Occasional Duties Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school graduation plus five (5) years progressively responsible related experience; additional related education may exchange for required experience on a year for year basis.

Pay
Pay Basis: Hourly
Pay Grade: Minimum $18.88
Pay Grade: Maximum $19.98
Pay Statement: Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan.
