Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistical and operational accreditation activities for approximately 300-400 advanced dental education programs.
- Understand, interpret, and apply Commission policies and Standards.
- Act as a resource for programs and volunteers.
Nice to Have

- Knowledge of higher education
- Previous accreditation experience
- Previous experience working with confidential and sensitive information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree
- 3 years (or 7 years in lieu of a degree) of administrative oversight of business processes
- Experience with data management systems and electronic record keeping
- Managing, organizing, and prioritizing tasks within a high volume of ongoing assignments with limited supervision
- Extensive experience drafting letters, reports, and agendas with accuracy
- Knowledge of data management systems, technology, and project management
- Excellent verbal communication, writing, analytical, collaboration, prioritization, facilitation, proofreading, customer service, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Self-starter; results-focused
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Travel once per year, 1-3 nights per trip, for professional development, conferences
