Coordinator 1

About the Role

The Coordinator 1 is responsible for dispatching and scheduling Field Technicians to complete all service-related issues with equipment. This role involves training, development, and management of Field Techs, Tank Techs, Winch Truck Operators, and Swampers, as well as appraising their performance.

Responsibilities

• Works with ethics, honesty, values, and integrity while maintaining professionalism.
• Develops service schedules, fuel schedules, and coordinates deliveries and pickups.
• Schedules and dispatches Field Technicians to service, repair, and/or deliver/pickup equipment.
• Monitors hours of service for Field Technicians to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Tracks daily jobs, creates work tickets, and ensures submission to Admins for billing.
• Maintains branch inventory and keeps accurate counts of equipment on location.
• Ensures quality of service and promptly addresses all complaints/issues.
• Tracks vehicle maintenance and monitors GPS events.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Completes all monthly safety and equipment-related trainings.
• Answers Company-issued cell phone during on-call hours, adhering to Company and safety policies.
• Performs any other duty, responsibility, or task as assigned by the supervisor.
