Coordination Team Supervisor
About the role
Ziegler Cat is seeking a Service Call Supervisor to ensure complete, timely, and accurate closing of service calls for the branch. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and some mechanical knowledge to support accurate and timely customer invoicing. The Supervisor will manage, support, and develop a team of Service Call Administrators while actively closing service calls.
Responsibilities
- Lead reporting, D365, service call, and other computer-related needs for the service department at the branch
- Close service calls with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Create POs for necessary parts, supplies, or services
- Monitor strategic initiatives related to service calls and provide reporting to Branch Managers
- Support the team with warranty questions or concerns on WIP/service calls
- Assist with AP/AR on PO disputes, questions, or miscellaneous reimbursements
- Manage daily workflow by establishing operating procedures, prioritizing work, and distributing assignments
- Initiate training processes to address skill gaps and develop employees for their current roles
- Train new hires on service call information, including Service Advisors and Service Call Administrators
- Manage team performance through reviews, feedback, coaching, and career development support
- Collaborate with departments to ensure service call accuracy throughout the repair process
- Audit service calls for back-ordered parts, missing labor postings, and delayed labor updates
- Communicate proactively with Service Advisors to support accurate and efficient service call opening
- Collaborate closely with the warranty department to align with the latest guidelines and requirements
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of related industry experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead others, formally or informally
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong detail orientation and learning agility
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-directed with a proactive approach to improvements and additional responsibilities

Pay
The pay range for this position is $71,400.00 to $89,250.00. Starting wage depends on skills, experience, education, and location. The pay range may vary by up to 10% based on the applicant’s location.
