Coordination Manager, Commercial Energy

What You'll Do

• Oversight of daily operations and coaching the team to meet expectations and achieve results
• Optimization of FST schedules using current systems and dashboards while leading the transition to automation and AI tools for greater accuracy and efficiency; lead adoption of automation and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve scalability
• Refinement of processes for efficiency, compliance, and standardization
• Delivery of training on core skills and new technologies aligned with business goals; building a high-performing culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
• Partnership with leadership on goals and performance targets
• Resolution of complex challenges proactively with end-to-end ownership
• Performance of other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years in customer service, project coordination, electrical projects, or construction (preferred)
• Strong ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and open to new technologies
• Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with willingness to adopt AI/digital tools
• Strong collaboration and feedback-receptive mindset
