Job Description

The New York State Democratic Committee seeks a Coordinated Campaign Deputy Operations Director to join their team in 2026. The Deputy Operations Director will assist the Operations Director in managing administrative aspects of the 2026 coordinated campaign.

Ideal Experience And Characteristics

• 1+ cycles of campaign experience, with previous operations experience preferred
• Demonstrated cultural competence and the skills needed to work meaningfully with those who are culturally different from the self; a commitment to fostering a positive working environment grounded in the ideals of diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Highly organized and independent work style; a strong ability to multitask and communicate
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to build relationships, listen, collaborate, and lead with respect and professionalism

Pay

$6,000-$7,000 month + benefits
