Summary
Captures activities and workflow for an assigned function or area. Manages multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion. Delegates and assigns work based on knowledge, skills, and experience, ensuring appropriate execution. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to address problems, manage costs, implement new services, and evaluate performance metrics. Develops and implements departmental/area services and initiatives. Provides guidance to staff on departmental/area policies, procedures, and services.
Responsibilities
- Prioritizes multiple tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
- Delegates and assigns work commensurate with knowledge, skill, and experience, ensuring appropriate execution.
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
- Facilitates the development, implementation, and evaluation of program or area services and initiatives.
- Facilitates the development of practice standards and measurable outcomes based on performance evaluation and research.
- Serves as a resource to staff regarding departmental/area policies, procedures, and services.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of medical interpretation competency test.
- 2 years of medical interpretation experience.

Pay
$27.61 - $41.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Schedule
Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks).
