Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a critical role in supporting customers within the Parts and Service Department by ensuring accurate, timely, and professional handling of customer requests. This role is responsible for processing orders, coordinating internally, resolving issues proactively, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
