Qualifications and Education Requirements
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or equivalent in formal education.
Co-op students are expected to be enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours per semester, maintain a 2.75 GPA, and work approximately 20 hours a week.

Essential Functions
- Aid in the day-to-day information technology operations by assisting Business Technology staff to administer and troubleshoot hardware/software systems.
- Maintain control systems for reliable operation and cyber security vulnerabilities.
- Support cyber security compliance tasks.
- Support the Help Desk in resolving problem tickets and support requests.
- Review and collect daily data, logs, and alarms for NERC compliance reporting criteria.
- Participate in working groups and meetings pertaining to project involvement.
- Aid in patch management.
- Aid in some program development.
- Perform NERC Compliance Program roles if/as designated in Seminole’s Standard Ownership Matrix (SOM) including ongoing evidence retention in “audit-ready” form as applicable and directed.
- Be familiar with Seminole’s Enterprise Internal Compliance Program (ENT-GCD-RGC-EP-054) to further your understanding of Seminole’s compliance program and the context of your duties and responsibilities attendant to your designation in the SOM.
