Cooling System Engineer

About the role

The Cooling System Engineer is responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining cooling systems in data centers and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with thermal management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize cooling systems for maximum efficiency and reliability
• Conduct thermal analysis and simulations to ensure system performance meets specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, facility managers, and IT personnel
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to keep cooling systems running smoothly
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cooling technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in thermal management or related field
• Proficiency in thermal simulation software such as ANSYS Fluent or COMSOL Multiphysics
• Experience with HVAC systems and components
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
