Responsibilities
- Load and secure products in trailers in a safe manner.
- Job duties will be completed by hand or by use of powered equipment.
- Maintain quality control for non‑conveyable products prior to loading.
- Bring any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor's attention.
- Communicate any special circumstances to the delivery driver via the Shipping Loading Report.
- Maintain a clean, debris‑free work area.
- Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Able to perform accurate visual inspections.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely (including understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and essential communications).
