- Prepare menu items for lunch, dinner, holiday events, and special events
- Follow recipes and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and uphold safe food-handling practices
- Work carving stations, buffet lines, and service displays as needed
- Support a strong, team-focused kitchen environment
Requirements
- Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Experience in fine dining, buffets, grill stations, or display cooking preferred
- Strong work ethic, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen
