About the role

We are seeking motivated Cooks of all experience levels to prepare high-quality hot and cold food items across our restaurant outlets and team member dining areas. Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, we welcome passionate individuals ready to grow their skills and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items using standardized recipes and techniques
• Work across multiple kitchen stations in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Live the GILA WAY: Greet, Interact, Listen, Appreciate our guests
• Support kitchen operations including prep, stocking, and cleanliness

Requirements

• Restaurant, catering, or culinary experience preferred (all levels encouraged to apply)
• Knowledge of basic to advanced cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and guest service skills
• Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
