Cookie Production Worker

Primary Responsibilities

• Variety of production line duties including manual handling of product, visual quality inspection, following Good Manufacturing Practices, housekeeping, adhering to safety practices, following supervisory instructions.
• Scheduled to work on different production lines as needed.
• May be assigned other duties as directed.
• Includes cupping and packaging tasks in a conveyor belt setting involving repetitive motions of hands, arms, and shoulders, and standing throughout the shift.
• Cupping line duties involve dropping/separating paper cups and filling each with the correct number of cookies using both hands and rotating sides of the belt.

Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Preferred but not required: production line manufacturing experience or food service and food handling experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Regular or routine lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Work schedule: 6:50 am to 3 pm, with most Sundays worked.

Pay

The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $20.00. Individual base pay varies based on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.

Schedule
