Cook Tier 2 Rustic Kitchen

Job Duties

• Prepares food for service
• Sets up the cooking line
• Prepares food in designated stations
• Fills customer orders
• Follows all written and established recipes
• Prepares food according to established standards
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas
• Cleans food prep areas after meal period
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Promotes superior guest service

Minimum Qualifications

• One-year Food & Beverage experience in a high volume hospitality food and beverage operation
• Basic knowledge of the safe and efficient operation of kitchen equipment
• Effective communication skills
• Able to stand during entire shift
• Able to lift up to forty pounds
• Able to work various shifts and flexible hours
