Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Hwy 55 standards.
  • Ensure orders are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  • Support team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
  • Monitor food quality and consistency.
  • Kitchen Stations: Grill Station (burgers, cheesesteaks, grilled chicken), Bun Station (assemble sandwiches to order), Fry Station (prepare sides and fried items).
