What You Get To Do

• Cook and prepare food items for special events.
• Adjust food quantities based on park guest attendance.
• Represent the company with a positive attitude and high energy.
• Assist in leading the team during daily operations and special events.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Bake, roast, broil, and steam various foods.
• Add seasoning and garnishes to prepared foods.
• Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and portioned correctly.
• Respond to customer requests and ensure excellent customer service.

What It Takes To Succeed

• Two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to lift/move up to 55 pounds.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods in hot and/or cold environments.
• Able to use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, handle, feel, stoop, crawl, or kneel.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work indoors and in outdoor weather conditions.
• Able to positively interact with park guests and coworkers of all ages, different ethnic/cultural backgrounds, and/or language, and individuals with special needs.
• Pass relevant food handler exams.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Culinary certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• Availability to work up to 28 hours per week, 3-4 days a week, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, late evenings, and night shifts.

Pay

$17.25 per hour (Eligible for Tipped Pool Program)
