Cook - Seasonal, Production Kitchen (Caesars Atlantic City)

About the role

Understands and responds to internal guests needs. Communicates in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner. Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure. Uses outlined service behaviors when encountering guests.

Responsibilities

• Fast and clean servicing of all menu items to the service persons.
• Ensures each order sent out is uniform.
• Controls food production to include: Proper cooking methods, cooking time and temperature and insuring sanitation, handling and storage of prepared foods and leftovers.
• Prepares for a rush period of work without getting behind.

Qualifications

• Open/Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques.
• Six months experience as a cook's helper preferred.
• Must be familiar with all phases and operations of the kitchen.

Pay

$24.60 per hour.
