About the role

The Cook ensures all guests receive the highest quality food items served from an immaculate kitchen in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares menu items as ordered for restaurant patrons and strictly adhering to recipe guidelines.
  • Ensures all prepared menu items meet quality expectations and plate specifications 100% of the time.
  • Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system.
  • Restocks work station with food products as needed.
  • Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by health department.
  • Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
  • Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times.
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines at all times.
  • Completes and abides by all training requirements.
