Overview

Sentara Albemarle Medical Center are seeking a professional and dedicated cook to join our culinary team! This is a full-time, 36.5 hours position with great benefits!

Rotating Shifts

• Hours between 5:00am - 7:30pm

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and culinary techniques,
• Ensure the quality and presentation of all food items meet the established standards,
• Ensure that all operations in the kitchen comply with the food safety and sanitation standards and policies set by the chef and the state.

Education

HS - High School Grad or Equivalent - Experience in lieu of degree/diploma will be accepted. Cooking and Food Service experience is required. Cook experience required
