Cook Prep

Overview

The prep cook is responsible for setting up workstations and ingredients so food can be prepared according to recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare simple dishes such as appetizers, salads and sandwiches
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash
• Perform routine kitchen tasks such as stocking workstations and putting away food orders
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of progressive experience in the bar industry or a related field required
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required

Pay

USD $18.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
