Cooking Duties
- Completing all assigned prep work
- Setting up cooks station
- Maintaining product presentations
- Preparing all menu items according to company recipes, plate presentations and specifications
- Setting up equipment
- Verifying stock
- Cleaning equipment
- Preparing food items to specification
- Maintaining a clean work area
Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Able to lift 25-70 pounds
- Use knives, slicing and other food preparation equipment
- Standing and exerting well-paced mobility for up to 10 hours in length
