Responsibilities
- Complete all assigned prep work
- Set up cooks station
- Maintain product presentations and quality
- Prepare all menu items according to company recipes, plate presentations, and specifications
- Set up equipment, verify stock, clean equipment, and prepare food items to specification
- Maintain a clean work area
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Able to lift 25-70 pounds
- Use knives, slicing, and other food preparation equipment
- Exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 10 hours in length
