Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned prep work
• Set up cooks station
• Maintain product presentations and quality
• Prepare all menu items according to company recipes, plate presentations, and specifications
• Set up equipment, verify stock, clean equipment, and prepare food items to specification
• Maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Able to lift 25-70 pounds
• Use knives, slicing, and other food preparation equipment
• Exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 10 hours in length
