Responsibilities
- Prepares evening meals under the direction of the Food Service Coordinator.
- Carries out all standards and procedures established.
- Provides supervision and training to residents assigned to the kitchen.
- Serves meals to a large group within designated meal period times.
Requirements
- Proven ability to supervise.
Qualifications
- Satisfactory combination of education, training and experience in food service and preparation, purchasing, and sanitation to assist in an institutional dietary service.
