Cook (Part-time, Weekends)

Responsibilities

• Prepares evening meals under the direction of the Food Service Coordinator.
• Carries out all standards and procedures established.
• Provides supervision and training to residents assigned to the kitchen.
• Serves meals to a large group within designated meal period times.

Requirements

• Proven ability to supervise.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory combination of education, training and experience in food service and preparation, purchasing, and sanitation to assist in an institutional dietary service.
