Responsibilities

• Aid in the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas
• Responsible for set up, clean up, and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies, products, and equipment
• Prepare menu items in cooperation and collaboration with food and beverage staff
• Ensure attractive, consistent presentations of food items
• Accommodate customer requests in a timely manner
• Bring flexibility and adaptability for event cooking, including weddings, showers, corporate events, etc.

Requirements

• Excellent people and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and perform
• 2-4 years of cooking experience preferred
• Catering and event style cooking experience preferred
