Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, flavorful dishes our residents enjoy
• Build connections with residents and learn their individual preferences
• Collaborate with dining staff and community team members to provide excellent service
• Help prepare meals for celebrations, events, and gatherings
• Assist with cleanup and maintain a safe, organized kitchen

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on cooking or culinary experience
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for serving seniors
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with residents and coworkers
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
