Role

Assists Executive Chef/Dining Services Director in the preparation of meals and provides excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents, associates, and visitors.
• Aid in the coordination of effective communication among dining team and resident assistants.
• Collaborate with the Connections Director and the Director of Sales and Marketing in the planning and execution of special events.
• Maintain necessary records and complete administrative paperwork as required.
• Comply with established safety regulations, including fire protection, infection control, and equipment safety.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma and experience in culinary arts or food service.
• Knowledge of volume food preparation.
• Ability to operate food service equipment.
