Responsibilities

• Food preparation with 100% recipe adherence, including seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, portioning, and serving.
• Follow production prep lists, maintain accurate records, and requisition supplies and equipment as needed.
• Efficiently and safely use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment.
• Wash, slice, and peel items on the prep list.
• Store prepared food items safely and ensure proper date labeling.
• Adhere to all brand standards, including food safety, sanitation, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to food safety.
• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service.
• Assist with ordering and planning food supplies as directed by the supervisor.
• Report necessary equipment repair and maintenance to management.
• Monitor proper rotation and dating of prepped food items and storage areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

Pay

Pay Range: $19.50 - $24.50
