In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation and service of high-quality meals across the medical center, ensuring dietary needs and physician's orders are followed meticulously.
- Leading and mentoring a team of nutritional service staff
- Maintaining the highest standards of kitchen sanitation and meal quality
- Tackling challenges such as adapting menu plans to fluctuating resources and needs, creatively reducing waste, and ensuring all operations run smoothly under stress
- Collaborating with a variety of staff members, from healthcare professionals to administrative teams
