JOB DUTIES
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
- Aid Executive Chef with menu and recipe development
- Aid in the receiving, rotation, and storage of products
- Identify and report food/supply needs
- Ensure staff comply with sanitation/infection control regulations and assist in training and coaching them in culinary skills
- Prepare salads, soups, and entrées with care and quality
- Aid in nightly clean up and labeling
- Scratch cooking experience required
- ServSafe sanitation certification required
- Flexibility to modify schedule for vacations and special events
- Experience in all areas of commercial kitchen operation
- Read, write, speak, and understand English
- Special event catering knowledge a plus
QUALIFICATIONS
PAY
Starting wage is $18/hour (depending on experience can be more)
