JOB DUTIES

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
• Aid Executive Chef with menu and recipe development
• Aid in the receiving, rotation, and storage of products
• Identify and report food/supply needs
• Ensure staff comply with sanitation/infection control regulations and assist in training and coaching them in culinary skills
• Prepare salads, soups, and entrées with care and quality
• Aid in nightly clean up and labeling

QUALIFICATIONS

• Scratch cooking experience required
• ServSafe sanitation certification required
• Flexibility to modify schedule for vacations and special events
• Experience in all areas of commercial kitchen operation
• Read, write, speak, and understand English
• Special event catering knowledge a plus

PAY

Starting wage is $18/hour (depending on experience can be more)
