You’ll play an essential role in creating a restaurant-style dining experience by executing meals across multiple stations with organized, consistent, and timely performance while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their culinary skills, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and brings a hospitality-driven, resident-first mindset. You’ll work closely with the Director of Culinary and Sous Chef to execute ticketed orders, keep your station clean and well-stocked, and contribute to a positive dining experience that enhances daily life for residents.
Responsibilities
- Follow recipes and prepare meals with consistent quality and presentation
- Execute ticketed orders in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked station
- Garnish food following specific plating desired by the chef
- Adhere to food safety, safe food processing, and raw food preservation standards
Requirements
- Competent cooking skills and ability to follow recipes
- Interest in learning and ability to quickly grasp new knowledge
- Ability to use ingredients in the right proportion and follow exact food preparation procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and safe food handling practices
- Patience and a love for cooking
- 18 years of age or older
Pay
Starting at $16/hour and up, based on professional experience.
Schedule
AM/PM shifts with weekend availability required.
