Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned prep work
• Set up cooks station
• Maintain product presentations and quality
• Prepare all menu items according to company recipes, plate presentations and specifications
• Set up equipment
• Verify stock
• Clean equipment
• Prepare food items to specification
• Maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Able to lift 25-70 pounds
• Use knives, slicing and other food preparation equipment
• Exert well-paced mobility for up to 10 hours in length

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred
