Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, fostering a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests while supporting management in creating delicious food, providing heartfelt service, and maintaining a proud ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Gain a diverse range of skills to develop yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience:
- Some high school education.
- Prior operations experience preferred.
- Food safety training required (acquired at applicant's own expense).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for up to four hours.
- Reach across counters up to 36 inches.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively.
- Adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Manage conflicts and difficult situations.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Shift Lead positions typically work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
