Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, driving the mission of Panda's through passionate food creation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance in our restaurants.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Some high school, prefer some operations experience.
• Food Safety: Acquire required certifications at your own expense.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach high shelves.
• Work Environment: Hot and noisy, with limited storage space and high shelving.
• Skills Development: Gain diverse skills in cooking, leadership, and customer service.
