Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, driving the mission of Panda through passionate food creation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance in our restaurants.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Some high school, prefer some operations experience.
- Food Safety: Acquire local/municipal Food Handler certification at your own expense.
- ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspaces are restricted and employees are expected to stand for long periods and reach high shelves. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to dynamic environments, and manage conflicts.
