About the role
Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, tasked with fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurants. They support management in creating delicious food, providing excellent service, and maintaining a positive ambiance.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Gain valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
- Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
- Gain a diverse range of skills to develop both yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience:
- Some high school education.
- Prior operations experience preferred.
- Food safety training required (acquired at applicant's own expense).
Skills
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Conflict resolution and handling difficult situations.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
