Our Panda Shift Leaders are key figures in our team, driving the mission of Panda's through passionate food creation, heartfelt service, and prideful ambiance in our restaurants.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Some high school, prefer some operations experience.
• Food Safety: Acquire local/municipal Food Handler certification at your own expense.
• ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam, workspace is restricted, and employees often stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to adapt to a dynamic environment, communicate effectively, manage conflicts, and work in a fast-paced setting.
