Our Panda Shift Leaders are key members of our team, responsible for fostering a welcoming environment and driving the success of our restaurants through passion, heart, and pride.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Some high school education, prefer some operations experience.
• Food Safety: Must meet local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, at applicant's own expense.
• ADA Statement: Counter areas can be hot with steam, workspace is restricted, and employees may need to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and reach high shelves. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts.
